Triple sausage in puff pastry, kielbasa, knockwurst, and weisswurst baked until golden brown and delouses
served with whole grain honey mustard and curried ketchup sauce

Appetizer

Colossal shrimp cocktail accompanied with bloody Mary granite and a dash of cilantro
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale 

Salad

Assorted sweet and bitter greens with roasted beets and topped with a warm Maytag blue cheese fritter sprinkled with candied walnuts
and topped with mandarin orange vinaigrette

Peppercorn seared duck breast with a variety of roasted vegetables and potatoes, with a porcini mushroom and sage demi glace
