Terms and Conditions for Booking
Thank you for choosing Clawson's for your group's dining needs! The following terms and conditions are in reference to your potential reservation.
1. There is a $150.00 Room Rental/Set Up fee which includes tables, linens, candles, etc. and set up and breakdown for your event. This fee is due 30 days in advance of your event or upon booking the date whichever is closest.
2. Booking Fee $100.00 This fee will be applied to the balance of your bill if all conditions of this contract are met. The booking fee will be refunded in full if a cancellation is received at least 60 days in advance of your event. Cancellations 45 days out from event result in 75% refund, 30 day cancellations will receive a 50% refund, 14 day cancellations will receive a 25% refund and any cancellation received less than 14 days will result in no refund of the booking fee.
3. Final guest counts must be received 72 hours in advance of your function. If attendance falls below the guaranteed number, a 10% grace of the total guaranteed guests will be allowed as a "no show." i.e. Your guaranteed number of guests is 40 people, 10% of the group total is offered a leeway, the minimum charged will be for 36 people.
4. No separate checks. It is the responsibility of the host to collect monies from guests if this is a group sharing the expenses.
5. This booking will remain tentative until this contract is signed and booking fee is received.
